Chapel Die

Hello, friends!

It's Monday, and I'm back with a new Tutti Designs share!

This time I had some fun with the new "Chapel" die,
which you can find HERE.

I love to play with these symmetrical dies,
and see what I can come up with.
You might remember my Nativity Bell Ornament post HERE
This time I created a fun wedding place card holder.

Here it is:

Here's how I did it.

I began by cutting the die out of white cardstock - four times.
Can you see how it's nicely the same on both sides?

When all four were cut out, I scored them right down the center.
I did not score through the cross at the top of the chapel.

Next I adhered two chapels together,
leaving the steeple free of glue.
I repeated this with the other two chapels.
So I had two pieces like this:

I adhered those two pieces together,
and stood it up like this:

Isn't that fun?
I cut a strip of lavender cardstock, punched the corners,
inked the edges, and wrote "The Bride" on it.
Finally, I added a little sparkly ribbon bow.
Wouldn't these look nice at each place setting at a wedding?
Well...maybe just at the head table,
if you have a really big wedding! lol
They're very quick and easy to put together!
Hope you like them and try it for yourself! :o)
