Handmade Disney Princess Cinderella Card

Good day to you!  Autumn with you today to share a not so fall card design featuring one of our beautiful fall dies, Fancy Pumpkin.  When this beautiful die arrived in the mail and I saw the swirls in the metal I said to my husband, "this reminds me of Cinderella!"  LOL!  Well, that idea developed in my mind for several days and I decided to Google and see what types of images I could find to work with.

I found this awesome image and recolored using MS Word.  To do that, simply right click the above image and open in a new tab.  Right click and save as.  Then open MS Word and insert the photo into your document.  Select the Format tab, then Correction, then Color, then More Variations, then More Colors and select your choice color.  Note, the color usually prints more vibrantly than you see on the screen.  A lighter color is usually best.

I generated this sentiment and have saved it for you as well.  Remember to right click and open in a new tab so that you can save as the full file size.

I simply fussy cut the image and layered with my sentiment and coordinating patterned papers.  I cut a circle from one of the patterns using our Nesting Stitched Circle die.  I thought it gave the feeling of "moonlight" to the design.  The Fancy Pumpkin was cut from glitter stock and I layered some loopy silver string, Prima flowers, and rhinestones for further drama.  If you are a Disney Princess lover or have a Disney Princess lover in your life, I hope that you will give this a try!
