Deck the Tree!

Hi Tutti fans!

Laurie here today with a fun Christmas card I made with some Buffalo plaid paper and Tutti's Deck the Tree die.

First I cut out some of the designer paper to fit my card base. Then I used one of Tutti's rectangle dies to cut out the middle and create a frame.

Then I cut out the"trim the tree" die in black.

I stamped my sentiment at the top, and adhered the die at the bottom, adding one star shaped enamel dot for an embellishment.

Quick Cards

Hello everyone and Happy Holidays!! Are you pressed for time this season? Need to get your Christmas cards done? Today I am sharing how I created several cards using three amazing dies from Tutti Designs, A few tools, and paper all in a short time.

The dies used are the three largest Dotted Nesting Rectangles: This set includes 8 dies! You can choose to use any or all of them.

To create my cards I gathered some various Holiday colored and patterned papers, my corner chomper and dies. Next, I cut the papers to layering sizes and die cut some as well. I rounded some of the corners and inked edges with Distress Inks. Finally I added some embellishments and in very little time at all I had several cards ready to address and send to friends and family! Although they are not elaborate they are still handmade and adorable!
Here are some close ups of each of these cards. They are all 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"

I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!!

Poinsettia

Thank you and welcome back, I am here to share my card with you.
Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

I cut out these for another card I made last month and so decided to use them on my card today.  The little inside pieces of the poinsettia

I did add a small stamp and felt the poinsettia was a nice focal point and kept my card CAS

I forgot to show that I used the die as a template for inserting the pieces, used liquid glue to add the little pieces

Thanks again for stopping and for these dies and more wonderful inspirations stop by the store, blog and for all the links, see below.
Until next time Happy Crafting!

touched by a stardust gel pen.
I tiny red glitter bell was added to the sentiment banner.

The second card is really a bit darker then it shows, more navy blue.
the angel die was die cut in a dark blue metallic paper.

The last card has quite a bit going on....

Bee Happy!

Welcome Back Tutti Friends!

Darlene with you today and I'm once again dipping into my older
Tutti Designs dies to create with and discovered a stamp & die set
that I had totally forgotten Tutti carried!  Check this out . . .

This is the only stamp & die set currently in the Tutti Designs Store!
It's called

Love Bug Stamps

TUTTI-441 Love Bug Stamps

and

Love Bug Dies

TUTTI-440 Love Bug Dies

Here are a few steps I took in creating today's card . . .

1.  Stamp the images onto my final focus panel.
2.  Stamp the same images onto a scrap of paper far enough apart to be able to die cut them.
3.  Color the images.
4.  Die cut using the coordinating dies.
5.  Here is your focus panel and the extra colored & die cut pieces.
6.  Sponge blue ink over the focus image to create the sky.

Adhere your die cut images over top of your stamped images.

I also decided to create my own background paper using the same stamp as the focus panel.

After cutting my yellow card stock to the needed size,
I just had fun stamping this cute little bee all over the place!

A little faux stitching around the outside edge with a
fine tip black marker and
Viola!

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store

Fancy Carolers

Hi everyone, Laurie here sharing a Christmas card today.

I decided to use the Fancy Carolers die ...in fact, I'm going caroling next week. It will be lots of fun! Except I won't be dressed so fancy..lol!

TUTTI-464 Fancy Carolers

I inked up a background stamp in gold ink and stamped it on a piece of cream paper, and backed that onto a piece of gold foil paper. I added a cream circle I cut out with Tutti's scalloped stitched nesting circles:

I cut out the sentiment in gold using the Snowglobe Expressions set:

The carolers were cut out in black, I adhered a few gold sequins here and there.

Reindeer Greetings!

Hello and Happy Holidays!! Jenn here today sharing another addition to my Christmas card makes this season! I just love the holidays and creating homeade cards for friends and family. These amazing dies by Tutti Designs add so much beauty to my cards.
For this card I used the following Tutti Dies:

Other supplies:
5 X 7 Kraft Card blank
Cardstock in Green, red, and  Antique white
Simple Stories™ Simple Vintage Christmas Collection
Ribbon
Fussy Cut Reindeer
Snowflakes
Tim Holtz Distress Ink Vintage Photo
Glue
Flowers
Ultra Fine Crystal Glitter Dust
Christmas Glittery Washi Tape
Foam Adhesive Squares

To Create this card I started with the inside. Beginning with a sheet of red cardstock cut to 4 3/4 X 6 3/4. Next a sheet of antique white cut to 4 1/4 X 6 1/4 layered on top. I added a strip of patterned paper scrap to the bottom and a sticker from the Simple Stories™ collection.
NOTE - I used a corner rounder on all papers and then inked the edges using Distress ink in Vintage Photo before adhering.

Because the card front is heavier I wanted to create and embellish it as a panel before adhering it to the base.

I started with a sheet of green cardstock cut to 4 3/4 X 6 3/4. I rounded the corners of the card base and this green piece. The edges were inked and then a sheet of the patterned paper (reindeer) was cut to 4 1/2 X 6 1/2, corners rounded and edges inked and adhered to the green.
Using the two largest Cross Stitched Nesting Oval Dies one was cut in green and the smaller in red. I inked the edges of the green large oval and adhered the red oval on top of it. I added a strip of scrap patterned to the middle of my panel, followed by a strip of glittery Merry Christmas Washi tape.
Next I added the layered oval dies using foam adhesive squares. I then cut the vine die using the same green cardstock and fussy cut a wooden reindeer from some scrap papers in my stash. Also using the same green I cut the Noel from the Snowglobe die set.
I applied clear glue to my flowers and Noel die cut and then super fine crystal glitter.
The reindeer was inked around the edges with Distress ink and then adhered using foam adhesive squares to the ovals. I added my flowers, vine die cut, a ribbon, and snowflake embellishments as shown in the photo below.
This was a very fun card to create!! The photo close up below shows the amazing cross stitched design on these amazing dies!

I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!!
