Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing a pretty card using embossing and the amazing Tutti Designs dies!
For this card I have used the following dies:
To create my card I used the following sizes in this set.
2.625", 2.25", 1.875", 1.125"
First, I used purple cardstock and an embossing folder to create the pattern. I then used the following dies to make the squares for my front.
2.625" - 2
1.125" - 4
These were then arranged to create the pattern and adhered to a piece of white cardstock cut to 4 5/8" X 6 1/4" leaving a small space in between each so the white shows through around the squares.
Using black cardstock, I cut my base card that measures 5" X 6 1/2" folded. I cut another white piece to the 4 5/8" X 6 1/4" size and adhered as my inside lining.
The die collage piece was adhered to the front with a ribbon wrap technique.
This is done by placing the ribbon and folding a small portion over on each side and then gluing down with the collage.
Using the 2.25" die I cut one in black and then layered with a 1.875" in white on top. I stamped the sentiment using purple ink and then embossing powder in clear.
This was placed on the card front followed by a bow that was made using the same ribbon.
Thank You for visiting my post today!! I hope you are inspired to get out your tools and supplies and create!!
Until Next Thursday, and always, stay crafty!!
Thanks!
Happy Holidays!
