From The Heart

Happy Thursday All!
Before I get started I just wanted to say
that this is my LAST post as a design team member at
Tutti Designs
as I have taken another position
within the company.
I loved being here and working with our fabulous
and creative team and wish them all the best!!

The die I am showing you today
is one of my favorites
(wait, I think I have said that with all of them..lol)
I have to admit though,
when we first were shown the new release,
I had my fingers crossed I would receive this one to work with
as I love Roses.

The die is Rose Duo Frame.

Well, as you can see, my wishes came through, lol,
I did receive this beautiful die.

To make my card,
I cut a circle out of a white panel of card stock.
I placed a soft sponged panel behind that.
The entire panel was then attached to the front
of a white card stock base.

Using glue sparingly here and there on the die cut back,
I adhered it to the front sponged panel.

To finish, I added a banner sentiment
and a few well placed sequins!

Sent With Love.

Hello everyone Pam here today..  This beautiful die I used  on this card today!
from Tutti Designs August release.

You can use this  "Triple flower edge" edge die in corners or as I have done! across the center of the card, using the same pearl pink card I cut  a card piece to fill the front. Attached a ribbon around  this to hide the join, made a separate bow & attached with hot glue.

I have cut extra flowers in white! these where shaped then adhered to the matching flowers, finished with a pearl in the centers.

Hope you like this card design, change the sentiment and can be used for many special occasions.

Here are some links for you.

Thank you for stopping by Tutti blog today Pam x

Valentine's Card

Welcome back and I want to share with you this absolutely gorgeous Tutti Designs die called Flowery Heart.  A elegant and stunning die will be perfect especially for Valentines, anniversaries and weddings.  I just love the gorgeous flowers and butterflies in this die.  You can just imagine the possibilities and fun you will have with this die and I can't wait to see what you have created.

My first thought was how wonderful this die would be for Valentine's Day.  The die was easy to cut out with this red foil card stock.  I added 3mm flat back pearls in the center of each flower after I glued this gorgeous heart on the embossed shimmer white/gold card stock.

As you are well aware, I love adding ribbons, bows and ribbon buckle sliders or flat back pearl brads to my bows.  After adding a couple more embellishments, I am done with the front of the card.

I hope I inspired you to try this gorgeous die on your cards or projects.  I can see adding color to the flowers and/or butterflies to accent this die cut.  I would encourage you to check out the Tutti Designs Pinterest or Tutti Designs Facebook to get other ideas of how our other talented designers used this gorgeous die along with seeing other Tutti Designs dies on cards or projects.

Tulip Bunch Die

Hello, my friends!

It's Monday, and it's Nancy Nickel back with a new Tutti Designs share!

Today I'm sharing the very pretty "Tulip Bunch Die" which you can find HERE.

Using a template, I traced and cut an oval out of the patterned paper.
I placed a solid piece of matching paper behind it,
and adhered it to the card base.
I cut the die once using a lovely mini polka-dot paper.
With a glue pen, I adhered the die-cut in the center of the oval.

I layered two flowers with a brad, and added it to the bottom corner.

Snowflake Sparkle

Happy Sunday Everyone!
Darlene with you today and it's my turn to share a new, inspirational creation using dies from the Tutti Designs Store.  Have you checked out this new die company yet?  If not, you truly owe it to yourself to pop over to see the fabulous die designs available.  They just came out with their 3rd release and keep watching because there is MORE TO COME!

Today I'm creating with the beautiful 'Snowflake Corner' - TUTTI-118

I love vintage design so I've used an image from the Crafty Secrets Christmas booklet (no longer in business but still available online) for the image portion of my card  ... along with BoBunny background designer paper.

A touch of sparkle was added around the entire background panel as well
as on this beautiful snowflake corner embellishment.

By die cutting a portion of the die from a scrap of white card stock and doing a
little 'snipping' ... I was able to create a coordinating snowflake
panel to adorn the lower portion of my card.
And, of course more sparkle was added to this embellishment also.

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of these fabulous dies.

Thank You Card

Hi crafters!  Simply Monica here sharing an easy Thank You Card for any occaion..  I used an August release from Tutti Designs called Rosy Corner TUTTI-160.  I love the intricate cuts on this die with a rose as the focal point perfectly set in the corner of the die.

To make the card I used a piece of purple foil paper and some plain cardstock and layered them against one another for an overlapped look.  I then added a thanks sentiment to the bottom of the card in the purple foil paper to finish the card off.

I hope everyone enjoyed my card for the day and thanks for looking.  Also, please be sure to check out all the Tutti links where you can see all of our team inspirations and hear about new releases from Tutti Designs!

Birthday Wishes

Hi There!
Are you having fun seeing all the
newly released dies we have been showing you so far this month?

I know I am having fun working with them,
these dies are incredible!

The die I am showing you today is

It is the most beautiful and intricate die!

I cut the die from white card stock.
I also cut a plain white circle from white vellum.
I wanted to have a 'stained glass' look,
so I carefully adhered the die cut to the vellum.
I then flipped the piece over to the backside
and using Copic markers, I colored in the
hummingbird and the flower centers.

Once I was happy with the coloring,
I adhered the entire piece to another circle from
plain white card stock.
I did this so the background paper would not show
through the finished vellum piece.

I finished the card by adding a pretty red bow, a few sequins
and a sentiment.

Cut the design once in with card adhere to a plain heart if you have one.
Next cut the floral heart in soft lilac..
Matching up the pattern adhere to the white heart by Top & Bottom Center flowers only! so the heart stands up at the sides.

Thank You card

Happy Tuesday and I am so excited to share with you this new released Tutti Designs die called Frilly Flower Frame.  Think of the possibilities of how you would use this gorgeous die on your cards or projects.

I used lavender card stock to cut this die out and glued it on the oval which was cut with an oval die before gluing the flower die cut on this vintage pattern paper.   I love adding ribbon and bows to my cards with a ribbon buckle slider or flat back pearl brad in the center of the bow.

I would encourage you to check out the Tutti Designs Pinterest or Tutti Designs Facebook to get other ideas of how our other talented designers used this gorgeous die along with seeing other Tutti Designs dies on cards or projects.

Rosy Corner Die

Hello, my friends!

It's Monday, and it's Nancy Nickel with a new Tutti Designs share!

This week it's the "Rosy Corner Die" which you can find HERE.
This is another stunningly intricate design.

Kraft and pink is such a pretty combination, isn't it?
I placed a pink circle in the center of the card,
and stamped the sentiment on it.
Then I cut the die twice out of the pink card stock,
and placed them in two of the corners.
Finally, I added sparkly sequins and a ribbon bow.

Even though these dies are in the corners
they take center stage on this card!

Here's a close-up of the die:

Hummingbird Scene

Happy Sunday Everyone!
Darlene with you today and it's my turn to share a new, inspirational creation using dies from the Tutti Designs Store.  Have you checked out this new die company yet?  If not, you truly owe it to yourself to pop over to see the fabulous die designs available.  They just came out with their 3rd release and keep watching because there is MORE TO COME!

Today I'm creating with the beautiful 'Hummingbird Scene' - TUTTI-157

The background for my card was created by brayering dye ink over an Anna Griffin embossing folder then running it through my embossing machine using white card stock.  Easy and very effective!

Here's how it all began!  I thought I'd give water coloring my dies this time around and I LOVE how easy and beautiful they  came out!  I used the same angle brush, my water colors and a spray bottle of water.  I kept a wet baby wipe next to me to clean the brush in between colors. A spray of water into the color of my choice and away we went . . .

First the little pink flowers ...Next my hummingbird ... what fun it was to color him!  Starting with the ruby throat then a mix of blues and greens.

I could have stopped right there but decided to do the outside circle in the lime green to keep it subtle and still showcase the colors on this beautiful hummingbird die.

I must admit, when using various colors on one intricate die like this hummingbird, using the water colors was the best approach ... I will be using this technique again soon so beware!  LOL

I also wanted to achieve a little more dimension so I die cut my hummingbird two more times.  Once using white and again using black card stock then glued them together with just the slightest 'off set' with each panel.

A little ribbon and a few sequins were all that was needed to complete today's creation!
Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of these fabulous dies.
