Round of Golf

Hey everyone, Anne here with you today.  How about a fun card which would be great for any golf enthusiast? I've used the following Tutti Designs dies for today's project:

Golf Bag

Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circles

Slimline Stitched Rectangles

To start out, die cut the Slimline Stitched Rectangles from a piece of cardstock. Score it in the middle and fold in half. This creates your card base.

Next die cut several sizes of the Stitched Nesting Circles from various pieces of cardstock (both solids and patterns). You can either adhere three concentric circles on top of each other or create frames and next them inside each other for less bulk and this is what I did.

I then die cut the golf bag from white cardstock and colored certain areas with my Copic markers. I also ran it through an embossing folder to give it texture. After the texture was added,  I die cut the golf clubs portion from mirrored silver cardstock and adhered this on top of the clubs on the white die cut.

Now all that's left is adding a sentiment on the inside.

Tulip and Butterfly Corner

Hello again! I am here to share my card with you.
Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

Happy Birthday Slimline

Hello Tutti fans, Diane here on this Tuesday to once again
show a card I created for the UK Hochanda TV show
that aired March 27th.

This time I am using a fun new slimline die
#685 Wobbly frame.
This die cuts just as it states a 'wobbly frame'
and I used the largest from the set.

Once my frame was cut I cut a second one from a
checked glittery paper and used the inside piece
to place inside the frame.

The Roses in each corner were die cut using #639 Rose Trio.
Isn't that just the prettiest die cut?
The sentiment was stamped on a #418 Scalloped Stitched rectangle.

Anchors Away

 Hello Friends!

Over the next several weeks I will be sharing cards created using various dies from the Tutti Designs Store that were showcased last month on the UK Hochanda TV show.  The dies I'm using today are Ship in a Bottle (#442) and Fishing Net (#444).   I've used a third die that wasn't showcased on the TV show but comes in very handy all the time ... Cross Stitch Nesting Rectangles (#410)

TUTTI-444 Fishing Net

TUTTI-410 Cross Stitch Nesting Rectangles

Here's how this card came together ...

I die cut the ship in a bottle die THREE times ... White, Kraft & Blue.  The ship is actually separate from the bottle, so I was able to do some fussy cutting and gluing and then paper piece it back into place after putting the blue panels back into the white frame on my black background panel.  I used a small sponge & ink to add some color to the coral (at least I think that's supposed to be coral) inside the bottle.  The rope & cork were also inked for added dimension color.

The fishing net was cut from Kraft paper and simply positioned behind my focus image.  I've added a simple sentiment and VIOLA ... ready for mailing.

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies available. Need more inspiration?  The team has something new to share on the Tutti Designs Blog  EVERY DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!

Pet Sympathy card

Hey everyone, Anne here with a pet sympathy card. I used the following Tutti Designs dies:

Cat in the Garden

Slimline Stitched Wobbly Frames

For this card, I die cut the Cat In The Garden from white cardstock and then used my Copic markers to color everything in. For the background, I turned the die over and traced it onto a scrap of blue card stock and fussy cut it out. This was then adhered to the colored focal point.

Next up, I die cut the Slimline Stitched Wobbly Frames from both white cardstock and patterned papers. One of the things I love about this die is that it really does do double duty. Not only do you get the thin frames, but you also get the larger negative peices that can be used separately or in conjuction with the frame.

I then mixed and matched both the negative pieces and the frames to create my design. I stamped my sentiment onto one of the smaller negative pieces from the frame and then adhered everything together.

Happy Bees Card by Jenn DUBell

Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing a fun little card I created using dies from Tutti Designs!

For this card I have used the following Tutti Dies:

This little die is so fun and whimsical to use on all types of cards and other projects!
It also pairs very well with the hexagons.

The cuts made for this card are as follows:
Honeycomb die - 1 black, 1 yellow
Hexagons - 1 2.45" X 2.85" black and 1 2.00" X 2.30" white
Stitched Scalloped Circle 4.40" - 1 black

Black card base - 5" X 6 1/2"
Matte background - Yellow 4 3/4" X 6 1/4"
This was embossed using a honeycomb patterned embossing folder
1" X 4 3/4" black strip

Assembly:
Adhere yellow embossed background matte to black card base.
Add small black strip.
Adhere the black and white hexagons together and stamp a sentiment on the white in black ink. Adhere to card.
For my card I cut the black large bees body and placed it over the yellow to add detail as well as stamping a pattern on the wings. I also cut the black small bee out of the die cut and placed it on the white hexagon adhering only in the middle in order to lift wings up.
I finished my card with a cute black and white gingham bow!

Birds of a Feather

Hello Tutti friends, today I have another card I created for the
UK Hochanda TV show that aired on March 27th,

This card features the Love Owls die #428.

I die cut my owls first in white card stock then colored in a few
places and then die cut once more from brown card stock
and paper pieced them on.

For the base of the card I did a 'slightly' fancy fold.  Just a normal A2 card
that the front has been scored down the center then folded back on itself.
To that I added two Scalloped Stitched circles, the bottom one was embossed.

I added another circle inside the card which I stamped my sentiment on
and made sure it matched up with the front panel circles when closed.

You are the Light . . .

Hello Friends!

Over the next several weeks I will be sharing cards created using various dies from the Tutti Designs Store that were showcased last month on the UK Hochanda TV show.  The dies I'm using today are   Seashell Lighthouse (#533) and I've also used Scallop Stitched Nesting Circles (#419).

TUTTI-533 Seashell Lighthouse

 TUTTI-419 Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circles

How my card was created ...

For my main focus panel, I created a background water colored panel using TH distress oxide inks and once dry, cut my lighthouse.   I cut a second lighthouse from white card stock.  Using scissors to snipped away everything but the light house and the light rays on the white lighthouse panel.  I then did a little coloring and glued the two panels together.  Lastly, I die cut one more lighthouse panel ... this time from fun foam and glued them all together for dimension.

Using nautical designer paper I created my card base and the middle sized circle under the lighthouse panel.   Added a sentiment and my card was ready to brighten someone's day.

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies available. Need more inspiration?  The team has something new to share on the Tutti Designs Blog  EVERY DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!
