A Fangtastic Halloween with Tutti Designs

Hi Tutti Fans! Laurie here from Stamping Up North sharing a spooky Halloween card today.

My card features Tutti Designs Scrolly Bat.

TUTTI-478 Scrolly Bat

I cut it out in some purple and black glitter paper.

I also used Tutti's scalloped circles,

TUTTI-419 Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circles

and cut out one out for the center with some fun glitter paper:

I also cut out one in white and black.
Then I adhered everything together, one bat on top and one on the bottom, and added some jewel eyes.

Fall Flourish

Hard to believe that summer is starting to wind down
and Fall will soon be upon us isn't it?
Well, Diane here with you today to get a bit of an early start on fall cards.

I have three cards today using the pretty and delicate

For the first card I embossed a plum card stock for the background,
then added my fall flourish die, cut from a scrap of designer paper,
added a hemp bow and a banner sentiment.

The second card I layered a few rectangle die cuts,
then cut the fall flourish from a patterned designer paper
and added a pretty bow.
I think all the layers really sets off the fall flourish die!

For the last card, I used a textured paper,
then die cut a Stitched Oval using the Nesting Stitched Oval die set.
Once again, I die cut the Leaf Flourish from a patterned paper,
added a strip of burlap ribbon, a burlap flower and a few sequins.

Poinsettia Cross and Candles!

Good morning, Tutti friends!

Vicki here...Today is my last post as a Tutti Design Team member.  I've made the decision to step down after almost a year of being with Tutti Designs.   It's been a pleasure working with their fabulous die cuts and I will continue to promote and use their products in my crafting.

With that being said, on to more Christmas inspiration using Tutti Designs Poinsettia Cross, Poinsettia Candles, Twig Wreath, Dotted Nesting Ovals, Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circles, and Snowglobe Expressions.  I've created a card and gift card to inspire you!

"Peace"

This A2 size card with white cardstock base has layers of red metallic between white cut with Dotted Nesting Ovals.  The Poinsettia Cross of gold foil is inlaid with red metallic.   The sentiment "Peace" was cut from red and gold using the Snowglobe Expressions set.

I cut the Poinsettia Cross from gold foil and red metallic paper keeping the red cross intact and removing the negative pieces from the gold.  I laid the red cross over the gold and used my micro tweezers to push the red pieces into place on the gold.  This proved to be a much easier technique than adding the negative pieces already removed from the red metallic.

Here's a close up of the completed Poinsettia Cross.

And, a close up of the sentiment, "Peace".  The Snowglobe Expressions Set is one of my favorite of all.  I love the selection of sentiment words!

Next up is this gift card using the Poinsettia Candles and Twig Wreath.  The card base of white cardstock is layered with green metallic and white cut using the Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circles.  I topped the white circle with a green metallic Twig Wreath as matting for the ivory Poinsettia Candles.  The flower centers are bronze micro beads.  The green bow at the flower base is also part of the Twig Wreath set.

I don't know about you, but when I use micro beads, I am always chasing them no matter what I pour them into when adding adhesive.  So, this time, I decided to try a coffee filter!  I have a stack of them in my stash from years ago when I used them for making flowers and other mixed media projects.  It worked great!  And, after I was finished, the creases in the filter made it easy to pour the excess beads back into the container.

Witch Leg Soup!!

Hi there Tutti fans!

I'm back with a Halloween treat box using this fabulous

I love this die and I know my Grandkids will get a real kick out of it!!

I started my project by sizing up the die again some little boxes I had
and it suited perfectly.

I cut the die out using some black card and then just the legs using some lime green card.
I did hold on to all the inner bits so I could paper piece it later.

I printed off some wording from my computer and matted onto black card and
wrapped it round the top of the box.

Next I added some glue to the back of the black die cut
and adhered to the front of my box.

I added glue to the places I wanted to fill with the green using the inner cuts
from the green legs.

I wanted to have some purple sparkly bubbles so cut the body again and used the pieces
to fill the cauldron.

I used all the left over bubbles to pop round the sides and back of the box.

I then filled the box with some treats and added a spooky sentiment!

For my project I have used

I hope you enjoyed my final project for Tutti Designs.
I have had such a great time playing with these amazing dies!
Thanks for popping by today!

Tutti Designs Arched Fir Branch

Hi everyone! Laurie here sharing an alcohol ink Christmas card today. It's no secret I LOVE to play with alcohol inks. I think they look so festive with Tutti Designs Christmas dies too.

For this one I dropped rubbing alcohol onto the inks to create some circles. I stamped the sentiment on a Tutti Designs scalloped stitched nesting circle.

Then I adhered the Arched Fir Branch

It's an amazing die! I added a few pearls to complete the card.
