Flying Witches Explosion Box

Hi friends!  Today I'm sharing a project using dies by Tutti Designs!  Tutti Designs has been busy creating away so many fabulous new dies so be sure to stop by the store and check out the new
August release of
Fall and Halloween Dies.
Halloween is my favorite times of the year because of the decorations!  I'm all about fun and scary decorations!  My front porch  turns into a haunted haunted house for Tick o Treater's!  I get about 300 Trick o Treater's every year and even the littlest players love the scary cackling witch, Medusa and squirmy snakes and so much more.  You would think they would be scared but they aren't.

Today I have a fun Halloween explosion box to share with you, full of spider webs and flying witches!! For this projects I used 2 dies from the August release, Spiderweb Corner and the
Flying Witch

I adhered all my mats and then used acetate strips for the flying witches, I simply attached the die cut witch to the acetate using a Zot glue dot. If you look closely you can see the acetate strips.
The directions for the box can be found anywhere, it's simple to make and only requires 2 sheets of 12x12 paper and some coordinating pieces for contrast.

I found directions on Split Coast Stampers.

The Spider webs are simply black card stock and I added adhesive gems to them to give them some sparkle.

Tutti Designs dies are just so intricate and beautiful! There is new releases available in the store so keep watching because there is MORE TO COME so keep checking back daily!
Giving cards is one of the most personal, thoughtful and encouraging things you can do for a friend or loved one.  All too often people send a text or use social media to send sentiments to people who sometimes could use a little more personal encouragement.  The smile on a friend or family members face is worth it!

Tree With Lantern

Good Morning!
Donna Phelan back again.

Moving into some Halloween FUN!  The new August Release has so many fabulous and spooky dies to create all things Halloween.

Run right over to the Tutti Designs Store and check them out!  They are frighteningly good!  Mwahahahahaha

I found some crazy Halloween Designer Paper in my stash and I went from there.  I hand cut a tag to incorporate the size of this FUN Tree With Lantern die.  Layering it in Black and White card stock, sponging the edges to give it a more rustic flavor and feel.  The die was cut from Black Glitter paper and once again from Orange.  That sweet little Pumpkin Lantern was layered on to the Black.

Purple Rhinestones, Orange Baker's Twine, Orange Eyelet and some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Ebony for my accents.  I am not even bothered by that smeared drop, it's a Halloween card, something has to be wrong, right?

Not So Fall Wreath Layered Die Cut Card

Hi friends!  Autumn with you today to share a fun variation for using our new Fall Wreath die cut.  I have other fall creations coming soon with this die, but I thought it would be fun to use it in an out of the box way.  I picked up this very old Prima paper pack on sale.  I love mixing black patterns with bright colors.  I was curious to see how the Fall Wreath die would cut the beautiful floral pattern in the collection.  Wow!  I was amazed!

I built up some layers by cutting tags from a couple of the papers, then tucked one tag into the wreath.  I wanted it to stand out a little more, so I added a black die cut behind it.  I didn't try to line them up perfectly and just let it be wonky to give more dimension.  I added a Prima flower and tucked in some snips of our new Fall Leaves Scroll die behind it to make it pop.  You could easily add a few snips of the Fall Wreath instead.

I placed the wreath die so that the leaves were the focus and tried to cover the acorns more so to make it less "fall".  I added a sentiment from the paper and from a sticker sheet and then tucked in sequins and buttons here and there.  Because I wanted to make a 4.25x8" elongated card, I cut my 6x6" pack down to size, then used the cut off to build length.  I distressed the "seam" then tucked in some scrunched lace.  Fun!

I love letting elements of my bundles extend the card base.  Here you can see the tucked in white flowers I used to create even more contrast and dimension.  This was so much fun to make.  I hope you are inspired!

Leaves Background

Hello, friends!

It's Nancy here with a new Tutti Designs share!

This week I'm back to share another die from the August Release.
This is one of the gorgeous Fall dies.
It's called "Leaves Background" die.
You can find it right HERE.

A die like this makes it so easy to create a beautiful card!
I simply cut it out of my favorite Fall papers,
and backed it with a coordinating paper.
It's then been adhered to an A2 card base.

All I added was a pretty bow.

Here you can see some of the detail this die gives in the veins on the leaves:

A quick and easy card...but oh, so pretty!

A Fall Birthday . . .

Happy Fall Ya'll
Darlene with you today sharing a Fall birthday card I created for my niece using one of the beautiful Fall dies in the latest August release found in the Tutti Designs Store as well as the Happy Birthday dies from our December 2016 collection.

We all love those quick & easy cards and this certainly falls into that category.  The most time spent was creating the background panel of fall colors which I made using Tim Holtz oxide distress inks.  Then I simply die cut the corner die twice and the sentiment dies with the remaining piece of the background panel.

I'm not one for a 'plain solid' background so I grabbed my Nuvo 'Copper Penny' crystal drops and added a bit of texture!  THERE ... that's better!  LOL

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies in this latest release.  And, of course, you'll want to browse through the store to see what other dies you need to have on hand.

Love is...

Hi Tutti fans!  Today I am here to share this flower filled card which features: TUTTI-395 Vine.  The perfect accent for all those foamiran flowers.
I used some gold foil paper for my leaves brings out the cut of the die.  I used Memento Luxe ink to sponge color on the flowers.
I hope everyone enjoyed my post and thanks for stopping by.

Tutti Tip:  Pigment ink works extremely well with foamiran.  The color sticks and keeps true color.

Halloween Shaker Card

Hi friends!  Today I'm sharing a project using dies by Tutti Designs!  Tutti Designs has been busy creating away so many fabulous new dies so be sure to stop by the store and check out the new
August release of
Fall and Halloween Dies.
Fall is my favorite time of year and we are already seeing some cooler temps in our area.  The rich colors of fall are always fun to create with and Tutti Designs has some great new Fall dies!
This fun shaker card is super easy to make and even more fun to give!
You will need two die cuts, one using the Spider Web Window and one using the Stitched Nesting Rectangles. I cut the Spider Web Window using black card stock and the Stitched Nested frame  using the largest frame from Coordinating patterned paper from the paper pad I chose to use.

Cover the base card with patterned paper and then layer a second piece over that. You will have 2 layers. Adhere the Spider Web Window to the center of the card.
Next step is to adhere acetate to your die cut frame. Trim any excess from the edges and adhere foam tape to the back of the acetate.
Sprinkle sequins, and miscellaneous pieces on the Spider Web window and adhere your frame to the top of the window.
Decorate the outside as desired.

Hope you'll give this fun card a try!!

Birdhouse Garden

Good Morning!
Donna Phelan back again.
A little change of pace for me today.  This card showcases an oldie but a goodie Tutti Designs die, Birdhouse Garden, which was released back in the October Release of 2016.
I love this die, because it reminds me of putting my own gardens to bed for the upcoming season.  I adore Fall and all it brings, even if my pretty blooms go dormant for a while!

Once again I cut this beautiful Birdhouse Garden die from White card stock.  I colored it using Copic Markers.  I also added some Pink and White card stock to the back of the birdhouses and the pretty yellow flowers.  This technique gives a bit more oomph to your die cut.  Then I added Versa Mark ink to the entire die cut, coating in clear Embossing Powder and heating.  This always adds such a nice shine to what you are creating AND it makes your die cut look like a pretty embellishment.  If you do this with many layers it becomes an absolute gorgeous chipboard like piece......which as you all know, adds depth and dimension.

As I only cut one layer, this is still a nice flat card for easy (no extra postage) mailing.
Gotta love that!

Shabby and Elegant Layered Fall Card

Wow!  There are only ten days until the autumnal equinox!  That means fall crafting is in full swing.  And I'm so thrilled to be sharing more projects with our exquisite new fall release.  Today, I'm focusing on our Fall Leaves Scroll die.

I found an arrangement of papers that pleased me.  These are very old BoBunny designs.  I cut two Fall Leaves Scroll dies from an ochre paper.  Here you can see how I cut one of them apart to elongate the pattern.

Here is my trick for  making dimensional cards like so.  I layered those base papers, then used foam dots to bump up the scrolly leaves.  I then used the inside of the circle die I had cut my patterned paper from as a stencil.  I traced the inside onto thin chipboard.  I glued this to the bottom of my circle layer, then added just a couple of foam dots.  This saves a ton on mounting foam and also gives substance to the circle layer, so that it doesn't warp in the mail.  I finished my card with a handmade flower, loopy bow, and stamped banner.  I curled the banner, then mounted for beautiful dimension.  I hope you like it and are inspired to give this a try on your own.

Our Fancy Leaves Scroll is an absolute must have!  Visit the shop for the entire fall release.  Thanks for visiting today!

Spiderweb Window and Spiderweb Corner

Hello, friends!

It's Monday, so it's Nancy with a new Tutti Designs share!

This is my first share from the August Release,
and I have combined two of the new dies on my card.
I have used the Spiderweb Window Die,
and the Spiderweb Corner Die.

I don't do Halloween, and I know many of you don't either.
So I got a little bit creative with my project.

Here's the front of my card:

I cut the die once in white.
Then I cut just the spider again in black, and adhered it on top.
I added Stickles to the spider web to make it sparkle.

Here's a closer look at the die:

Here's the inside of the card:

Finally, here's a closer look at this die:
