Happy Thanksgiving! Jenn here sharing my card created for the holiday using the amazing Tutti Designs Dies!
I really wanted to be festive with my project today and I used a wonderful array of Holiday themed papers along with the following Tutti Dies.
Graphic 45 Children's Hour paper collection for November
Glue
Xyron Tape runner
Foam Adhesive Squares
Oval Chipboard frame
Wood Grain stamp
Brown ink pad
Floral Embellishments
Green and Yellow cardstock
Kraft 5 X 7 card base
Antique white acrylic
Clear embossing powder
Distress Ink Vintage Photo
Start by creating your die cuts
Using the Vine die cut one from a brown patterned paper (this will be cut into three pieces before adding to card as an accent to the floral embellishments)
Cut two rectangles from The 2nd largest Dotted Nesting Rectangle Die using two different patterned papers.
Cut the following paper pieces as well:
For the Inside:
Brown patterned - 4 3/4 X 6 3/4
Yellow - 4 1/4 X 6 1/4
Distress edges and ink with brown
Adhere as shown below
Add a journal card from the paper collection that has been distressed and inked like the bases.
For the Front of the card:
Green - 4 3/4 X 6 3/4
Yellow - 4 1/2 X 6 1/2
Distress and ink edges as done for the inside and adhere to the card front. Adhere the two rectangle die cuts as shown below.
The chipboard oval frame was coated with antique white acrylic, dried, and then stamped with brown ink using a woodgrain stamp. Then it was coated with clear embossing powder and heat set. A cut -out of a child from the designer papers was added into the frame and
using foam adhesive squares to adhere to the card.
Add floral embellishments as desired. The vine die was cut to fit and tucked around the floral. I added curled cut out sentiments and the little cut out stamps.
This was such a fun and festive project! I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!!
