I am here to share my card with you.
Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.
To start with I cut the hearts out twice and the fish
I printed off the sentiment and popped the white on top of the green cardstock.
I used a glue dot to adhere the twine underneath the fish and popped him up with some craft foam
I added a few dew drops to resemble water drops
