Christmas Ornaments Panel.

Hello everyone   Pam   here as it`s Wednesday!... My first Christmas card for  Tutti designs   using the New July Release..

Love Red and White for Christmas with glitter!!

I started by cutting one "Ornament Panel 122" in red glitter

Paper. 

Next I cut out these bauble`s and ribbon from this panel. 

Small piece of silver glitter paper, i adhered the baubles only onto this and cut around with scissors as shown.

This I adhered to White cut frame, just the baubles I added 3d foam sticky tape for dimension.

Finished topper ready for the card. 

I enclosed my topper in a frame I made, beautiful "Arched Fir Branch 123"  perfect finishing touch across the top  of the card, added a few red pearls..
