An Announcement & A Fall Card . . .

Hello Tutti Fans!

Darlene with you today sharing a fun Fall creation.  

But before I do, I would like to say good-bye to DT Member Nancy Nickel who has stepped down from the team to pursue other adventures and enjoy some family time.  Tutti Designs can't thank Nancy enough for all the amazing and inspirational designs she has shared throughout her DT stay!  We will miss her and wish her all the best in future adventures!

This means we were left with an open slot on our DT so now I would like to introduce you to the newest member of our Tutti Designs DT ...  Vicki Robertson!  We look forward to having Vicki share her amazing talents here at Tutti Designs!

Now for that Fall card I mentioned!

I am loving this August Fall Release!  Be sure to pop over to the store and check it out!

Today I'm using two dies from this August release.

Fancy Pumpkin (#389)

and

Leaves Corner (#392)

Here's a few tips on how I created the multi-color pumpkin:

 First I die cut the fancy pumpkin twice!  Once in green and again in rusty orange.  Next I snipped off 'orange' leaves from the orange die cut, keeping only the orange pumpkin portion.  Then I glued the orange pumpkin over top of the 'green' pumpkin die cut.  Giving me and orange pumpkin with green leaves, vines & stem.

Lastly I laid my fancy pumpkin on top of a scrap of bright orange card stock and traced around the pumpkin shape.  A little fussy cutting was done then glued my fancy pumpkin on top of the bright orange panel.  Here's another look at the finished card.

My Leaves Corner die was die cut from the same green I used for the pumpkin.  A bit of red distress ink was added to the vines/leaves on the pumpkin to set them apart from the corner.  

A panel of OLD designer paper was used for the background and VIOLA!!
