Magical Birthday!

Good morning Tutti friends!

 

Vicki here with Monday morning inspiration for you.  Today, I'm sharing a tag using the Coral Reef Corner and Coral from the new collection of dies released at Tutti Designs.  

Yesterday was our granddaughter's birthday and she loves mermaids!  This was the perfect occasion to use a few of the dies from the April release.  The dies in this newest nautical collection are magical and a must have for your die cut stash.
 

"Have a Magical Birthday!"

 

What I did...
 

Traced a ready made tag onto patterned paper, cut it out, and adhered to the tag.

 

Stamped and embossed the mermaid onto embossed, shell print paper.  Inked for color.

 

Stamped mermaid again onto cardstock and fussy cut.  Trimmed the tail part from the embossed paper and adhered to the mermaid. 

 

Colored the mermaid using pencils, markers, etc.  Added sparkle all over.
 

Cut the Coral Reef Corner and Coral from metallic cardstock.

 

Used a computer generated sentiment cut out with the Cross Stitch Nesting Rectangle.

 

 Assembled and embellished with dew drops, pearls and ribbon.
