Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

Word Set Birthday - TUTTI229

I cut out the Ornaments Panel and snipped the bells out.

I cut out the Happy Birthday word set. 

I added the words and added a few ink dots random.

Added a few sequins as well.
