Tutti Christmas Bells

Hi Tutti fans!

Laurie here from Stamping Up North sharing a Christmas card today. I'm almost done making my cards...now to get them addressed!

For this card I cut out the Christmas Bells in white,

the circle in blue,

and the Noel in silver.

I did some white splatters for snowflakes with a toothbrush:

Then I adhered everything together.

I tied on a silver bow with some silver bells. So pretty! This card won't be able to be mailed with the bulky bells, but I'll use it on top of a gift!
