Happy Birthday

I am here to share my card with you. 

Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

Happy Word Set-TUTTI-228, Birthday Word Set-TUTTI-229, Oval Scalloped Stitched TUTTI-417, Oval Stitched TUTTI-219

I cut out the Scalloped Stitched Oval and cut in half lengthwise, then the Stitched Oval once I stamped my little High Hopes Rubber Stamp girl on the white cardstock.

I cut out the Happy Birthday three times, stacked and glued together.

  

I did use an embossing folder on the white cardstock, forgot the photo of this

Then added the pink cardstock oval and using some craft foam popped the colored stamp white image onto it.

I added some glossy accents to the balloon and let dry

Once the glossy accents dried I adhered the layers to the card base

  

Here is the finished card.
