I am here to share my card with you.  

Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

Party Banner TUTTI-288, Rectangle Stitched Scallop TUTTI-418, Rectangle Stitched TUTTI-217

Started out with the party banner cut out in the pink and turquoise cardstock, then the rectangles I stamped my little girl and colored her up with Copic markers.

I decided at the end to stamp a small Happy Birthday and pop it up using foam tape. 

I offset the banner so you can see where it is popped up as well I had to snip a bit to have it fit on the card.

I also added another small strip of the scalloped rectangle under the white, just to give another layer look to the card.
