Love Rainbow

Hi Tutti fans!

Laurie here with a Valentine card today. 

I started out with a piece of gingham paper,and added a Tutti Designs Scalloped Stitched Nesting Circle:

Then I adhered the Love Rainbow:

For the sentiment I used the two smallest scalloped stitched rectangles:

 I tied on some ribbon before adhering it all onto the card base.
